How national media framing of Ferguson protests changed

In the first week after the police killing of Michael Brown, national media framing was heavily skewed to the riots and confrontation. By the fourth week, legitimizing narratives framed more than half of coverage.

Figures do not add up to 100% as some reports did not focus prominently enough on protests to assess framing.
