Note: ATUS numbers reflect the percentage of workers who report that they could take paid leave from their main job for family reasons, while NCS numbers reflect the percentage who have access to a formal family leave benefit through their employer. Additionally, we limit the ATUS sample to workers between the ages of 25 and 54.
